The Kickboxing program at Grail focuses on physical fitness and the mind-body connection. Striking drills present a unique challenge for your body and your brain all while developing your self – defense skills.

I was nervous to try the class, but both Professors as well as the other students create an incredibly welcoming environment that allows students of all levels to learn and grow. The partner work done in class gives you the ability to really work on movement and build self defense skills – something you definitely would not get by just hitting a static bag.

This program is designed to get you in great shape while improving your agility, hand eye coordination & focus. We work in partnerships which increases our integrity of movement and provides more realistic skills. 

During the Trial class you will learn the fundamentals of Kickboxing that will prepare you for a group class. We train barefoot. Wear something comfortable and bring water – you will sweat!

Also known as the Art of Eight Limbs, our comprehensive Kickboxing program uses feet and hands, knees and elbows together for a full-body workout designed to increase speed, flexibility, coordination and endurance.
