I’ve always experienced Jiu Jitsu as a self-learning and self-healing practice. The therapeutic effects of mindful movement while interacting with a training partner is something I have derived great benefit from. I came to the practice with a desire to learn and improve myself… but over time I became more interested in helping others receive these same therapeutic benefits. In my heart, I feel that Jiu Jitsu can help anyone who is willing.
