I was nervous to try the class, but both Professors as well as the other students create an incredibly welcoming environment that allows students of all levels to learn and grow. The partner work done in class gives you the ability to really work on movement and build self defense skills – something you definitely would not get by just hitting a static bag.
Also known as the Art of Eight Limbs, our comprehensive Kickboxing program uses feet and hands, knees and elbows together for a full-body workout designed to increase speed, flexibility, coordination and endurance.
