Grail is honored to be an official WeDefy Foundation affiliate school. This past Veterans Day we raised over $950 for the foundation to support combat veterans through the therapeutic benefits of Jiu Jitsu.

Our Journey and Mission
Anyone who trains Jiu Jitsu long enough knows that Jiu Jitsu places demands on us; mental, physical and emotional. Those demands shape us and help us become greater humans both on and off the mat. Training with others through these unique set of challenges helps form bonds. As the saying goes, no one can do it for you, and no one can do it alone. Grail community events fortify these bonds and we look forward to doing more.
